3. Definition of Shipping Timelines

  • Order Processing Time (Handling Time): 1 - 3 Working Days All orders are processed, quality-checked, and packed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major national holidays.

  • Estimated Transit Time (Shipping Duration): 8 - 15 Working Days This represents the estimated time it takes for the package to travel from our fulfillment warehouse to your delivery address after shipment. Please note that transit times may occasionally fluctuate due to custom clearance speeds, destination logistics local capacity, or severe weather conditions.

4. Shipment Tracking

A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and tracking URLs will be sent to your registered email address automatically as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. You can check the status of your delivery online within 24-48 hours after receiving the notice.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout, all product prices and shipping fees displayed on our website do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or brokerage clearance fees levied by your destination country.
