If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will refund the applicable amount using the original payment method unless another method is agreed with you.

Somsunny is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure that enables us to operate our online store and provide the Services.

Purchases made through the Somsunny store are transactions directly between you and Somsunny.

Shopify is not the seller of the products purchased from Somsunny and is not responsible for fulfilling orders placed with us.
