1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Shipping Fees

Who covers the return shipping cost depends on the reason for the return:

  • Product Quality Issues (Seller's Responsibility): If the return is due to a product defect, damage upon arrival, or a wrong item sent by us, we will take full responsibility. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label or fully reimburse your return shipping costs.

  • Non-Quality Issues (Buyer's Responsibility): If the return is due to personal preferences or non-quality reasons (such as choosing the wrong size/model, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item), the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@somsunny.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. For quality-related issues, please attach clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect or damage.

  3. Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refunds and Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
